Delivery of small-volume or partial quantities
A delivery of small-volume or partial quantities is possible. In this case however, the direct order processing via our web shop is not possible. Please send us your order by email or by fax.
PaymentPayments shall be made in advance via bank transfer or via PayPal, credit card or cash on delivery (cash on delilvery only within Germany). If you choose payment via bank transfer, we shall send you our bank account data together with our order confirmation. Delivery will be made after receipt of payment.
Deliveries are only executed to countries within the European Union. In general, the merchandise will be dispatched within two to five days after receipt of payment. We notify you on the respective product site on differing delivery times.. If we cannot deliver because the merchandise ordered is not available, we shall immediately notify you thereof. The merchandise is shipped on five days a week with exception of Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays |
