Sound protection wall as noise barrier for outdoor use
The recommended measure for acoustically insulating an outdoor area is the construction of a sound protection wall surrounding the noise source as closely as possible. There are two basic designs: the acoustic material can either be inserted in a specifically built frame structure or installed on a new or existing wall (wood, brickwork) or on a high fence, on the side facing the noise source.
